Junior Baseball Competition Final Series Week 2

Week one of the Manly Warringah Junior Baseball Competition Finals Series was played on Saturday on an exceptional late Summer day at John Fisher Park, the home of the Manly Seasiders Baseball Club.

Outstanding baseball was played by all of teams.

Congratulations to the Forest Braves and Rockies, Manly Seasiders Tigers, Pittwater Viperfish and Warringah Dingoes, Major Semi-final winners in their respective divisions, who have qualified directly to the Grand Final game in several weeks. Keep training hard and we will see you on the diamond for the big game.

Congratulations to those teams that qualified for the Preliminary Semi-finals to be played this Saturday.

Commiserations to the teams that were eliminated, you should be proud of having achieved a place in the Final Series and we look forward to seeing you for the 2020-2021 baseball season.

Well done to all of the Coaches, Team Officials and parents on the outstanding teams that played on Saturday.

Well done to Dave Gledhill, President of the Manly Seasiders Baseball Club, and your great team of volunteers for an excellent day of baseball and great atmosphere and food.

The details for week 2 of the finals series are:

Intermediate League
Wednesday, 4 March 2020, 5:15PM at Aquatic Reserve.

The Red Sox and Royals will resume a thrilling tied semi-final from last Wednesday after going into extra innings and being suspended due to the playing conditions.

Senior League
Friday, 6 March 2020, 6:00PM at Aquatic Reserve, diamond 1.

The Pittwater Sea Cows and Tassie Tigers compete under lights.

U9 Teeball, Little League Zooka, Minors & Majors and Junior League
Saturday, 7 March 2020 at John Fisher Park, the home of Manly Seasiders Baseball. Game times are 9:00AM for all five games.

I invite all Manly Junior Baseball players and their families and friends to come along and enjoy the atmosphere of Finals baseball.
