MWDBA
The Manly Warringah District Baseball Association (MWDBA) takes the safety of players, officials and spectators seriously.

Prior to 1 December and as per the current NSW Public Health Order, the Board of MWDBA has resolved that any club official, parent, spectator or player (over 16 years of age) who wishes to participate must be Fully Vaccinated as defined by the Order. The Order defines a fully vaccinated person as a person who:

  1. has had 2 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine; or
  2. has a medical contraindication certificate issued to the person.

In order to provide proof of your Fully Vaccinated status please upload a copy of your Covid Vaccination Certificate or Medical Contraindication Certificate. If you chose not to upload your vaccination status you will have to wait until 1 December to be involved in baseball at MWDBA, when it is projected that all restrictions will be lifted.

This information will be kept securely and available only to the following:

  • Presidents of Junior Clubs
  • Chair of the MWDBA Representative committee
  • State League President
  • RSA President & Secretary
