Rookies Cup Trials

Rookies Cup is a great tournament where we Manly, get the opportunity to play against other Sydney-based associations.

 

Rookies Cup is open to all players League Age 9/10 and players can be playing U9 Tee-ball, Zooka, or LL Minors.

 

This year we are looking to enter 2-3 teams with one being an all-girls team. We encourage all girls who are league-age appropriate to attend the trials.

 

We are looking at conducting 3-4 weeks of training and scrimmages before Christmas, and then another 4 weeks in the new year with the Rookies Cup Tournament being held on Sunday, 26 February 2023 (Location T.B.A but will be within Sydney Metro).

 

All players must be registered to attend trials, and registrations will close Thursday, 24 November at 6PM.

 

When: Sunday, 27th November 2022

Time: 10:30AM Registration, Trials 11:00AM -1:00 PM

Venue: Pittwater Ballpark (Rat Park), Narrabeen

 

Players trialling are NOT to wear any Manly Rep Uniform or Club Uniform to trials.

 

The cost of the program is $200 per player. (Active Kids vouchers can be used).

 

Training will be held Sunday mornings at Pittwater Ballpark (Rat Park).
