MWDBA Focus

  • Junior growth is sadly in decline. Junior growth is paramount to ML and SL future participants and must be a main focus going forward for MWDBA
  • State Leagues continued growth in Women’s Baseball needs key attention as women’s sport has seen a huge increase in participation recently
  • MWDBA needs a unified board to focus on constitutional change and finally get a strategic plan in place so that any future growth in MW baseball can happen
