Experience, 35 years constant playing baseball in the Manly district with junior club, Manly Rep, NSW Dev, Manly Grade & local Minor League experience. Have coached junior baseball for the past 5yrs & more recently have been involved in the Junior Rep program.
Business experience in the finance industry for the past 21yrs with running a successful local finance company for the past 12yrs. I understand how to work with others to achieve a common goal.
I believe that MWDBA needs to focus on holistic approach to growing baseball in the area which starts at the Junior club level and works up from there.
