Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of the Manly Warringah District Baseball Association (MWDBA) will be held on Saturday 6 May 2023, at 6.30pm at the MWDBA Clubhouse, Aquatic Drive, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086.

Date: Saturday 6th May 2023, 6:30pm (Please arrive by 6pm for the Volunteers Appreciation Awards)

Catering: Finger food & light refreshments.

The ordinary business of the meeting will be:

  3. Confirmation of minutes of the MWDBA Annual General Meeting held on 30th April 2022
  4. President’s Address
  5. Presentation and Adoption of Annual Report
  6. Presentation and Adoption of Financial Report

  9. Election of General Director Positions
