MWDBA Board Nominations – Darren Kelly

Hello and my name is Darren Kelly and I am nominating for a Director on the MWDBA Board.

Over the last 4 years I have been involved in our baseball community as a Pittwater board member, I also took up the vacant role of Minor League President for MWDBA before handing over to Helen Wyatt.

I am currently a Director on the MWDBA Board and I am also currently the MWDBA Junior Rep Coordinator.

I have also been a President and board member of a NSW and Australian sporting body in another sport for over 20 years.

I believe our focus needs to be on growth of the sport and also making sure that our clubs are supported. I have a vested interest in all 4 groups of our organisation and strongly believe that all of our committees need to work together to make sure we are ONE body, working so that we can all benefit and make sure that this great sport is growing and offering all our members a great baseballing experience. We need a strong and experienced board, like the one we currently have to continue to make this organisation great.
