  • Aquatic Field Maintenance ManageMy Goals for the Board: I have an unashamedly simple goal for the MWDBA Board: to maximise the growth of baseball on the Northern beaches, for the enjoyment of all participants, across all competitions. This requires the development of a strategic 5 year plan (something we are not currently working on), covering recruitment, marketing, investment, infrastructure and an evolution map for the competitions that we currently offer. It needs to engage participation from our Clubs (Manly, Pittwater, Warringah, Forest & Manly Eagles State League) as well as our player/parent stakeholders.

As a Director, my priorities will be to continue to ensure that the Board focuses on these high level issues: knowing where we want to go and how we are going to get there.
