I grew up playing baseball within the MWDBA, our family are currently involved in the Pittwater Club playing Tball, Majors and Masters. I have a business background in eCommerce and digital marketing. I have recently been involved in the Manly Marketing Sub-committee and have spent a fair amount of time analysing Manly’s and the subsequent club’s websites & marketing activities. I believe I can add great value to the MWDBA by supporting Manly (inc Forest, Seasiders, Warringah & Pittwater) in their marketing activities, connecting with our existing baseball community and engaging with new players and their families to help grow baseball within our region.
I believe to see success the MWDBA needs to focus on:
Building a following around State League and encouraging home game attendees.
Supporting and engaging with our existing members across all clubs.
Utilising tools available to us to help promote baseball within our region.
Creating a strategic plan around the clubs ‘Try Baseball’ days, making it easier for players to connect and register for their local club.
Creating a sponsorship package that covers all levels of our players and clubs.
Creating a marketing calendar so there is transparency with upcoming activities, posts and EDM
